Free to play
The game is free to play in your browser, with no ads and nothing to buy. You may play it for your own enjoyment, with the people you are with.
Play it kindly
Record only people who are playing and happy to be recorded. If you film a round or share a recording, ask everyone in it first. The recordings never reach us, so what you do with a round you film yourself is your responsibility.
For fun only
The drift score is a bit of fun, never a test of anyone’s hearing, speech or memory. Nothing in the game can be won or cashed out, so please do not use it for betting of any kind.
What is ours
The game, its lines, its pictures, its code and this site’s words are ours. You may not copy, sell or republish them, except where the law allows it. Your own voice is yours.
No guarantee
We work to keep the game running, but it is given as it is. We do not promise it is free of mistakes or will run on every phone and browser. As far as the law allows, Mumblark is not liable for any loss that comes from using the game or the site; nothing here limits a right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
Mistakes and changes
Found a bug? Tell us and we fix it. We may change the game, or these terms; when the terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
